Delivery

We ship all over the world with express shipping option. Your orders are sent with Fedex express shipping assurance and a tracking number is shared with you. Delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. We would like to remind you that you are responsible for any customs fees that may arise in your country.

Your orders will be shipped within 3 days from the order date. The preparation time for orders placed from the Exclusive group is 1 week.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Since exclusive products will be decorated with special stones, returns and exchanges are not accepted. So please check our size chart to choose the right size.
